Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- As the Chef de Rang’s right-hand person, you and your team will be responsible for serving approximately 30 guests.
- Your meticulous preparation and follow-up lay the perfect foundation for professional and attentive service.
- As a host, you’ll ensure smooth service operations and warm guest care in one of our gourmet and specialty restaurants or in one of our first-class bars.
- You’ll guide guests on their culinary journey, serve exclusive culinary experiences, and make wine and beverage recommendations.
- Contract duration for your first contract: 5–6 months (to be determined on an individual basis)
- Your start date will be determined on an individual basis depending on your availability and the onboard staffing schedule, and is generally possible year-round.
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Training in the restaurant/hotel industry or at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in à la carte service, preferably in upscale dining
- You’re reliable, resilient, and able to stay service-oriented even in stressful situations.
- Friendly and polite demeanor
- Very well-groomed appearance
- Very good German and good English skills
