Your Job
You know the hospitality industry inside and out, but Aruba and Zadar are nautical miles away? Bring a breath of fresh air on board and impress not only the guests, but the whole world!
- Monitor and ensure compliance with established standards throughout the housekeeping department
- Staff scheduling
- Working closely with the Hotel Manager, including regular reporting
- Serving as the point of contact for passengers regarding housekeeping issues or complaints
- Continuously optimizing and improving workflows and standards
- Contract duration for your first assignment: 4 months, with the possibility of subsequent contracts
Your Course & Your Talents
Here’s what you bring to the table:
- Professional training and several years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of all cleaning procedures, cleaning products, chemicals, and their safe storage, as well as pH standards
- Ability to motivate employees
- Leadership skills and strong communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure
