Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- Decision-maker in the Hotel Inventory Controlling department and responsible for the ship’s inventory management system
- Management and monitoring of the onboard inventory of food, beverages, and supplies
- Responsibility for planning and ordering deliveries, receiving goods, making local purchases, and issuing goods on board, with corresponding entries in the inventory management system
- Budget responsibility, including conducting inventory counts
- Term of your first contract: 4–6 months (or as mutually agreed upon)
Your Course & Your Talents
We’re looking for the best: you! Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- A completed vocational training program in the hospitality industry or a business administration program, as well as several years of professional experience in the F&B sector
- Experience in the cruise industry
- Excellent product knowledge in the upscale hospitality sector and experience in logistics are a plus
- Cost and quality awareness
- You can easily manage your own schedule without losing your composure.
- Very good computer skills, ideally including experience with Crunchtime
- Very good German and English language skills
