Your Job
- You are the first point of contact at the reception desk for all questions and concerns, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, and you report to the Chief Purser.
- Assist the crew and Chief Purser with preparing all documents, entry cards, and forms for local authorities
- Organizing, preparing, and setting up the check-in process for all arriving guests
- Administrative tasks, such as preparing interim and final statements, sales reports, etc.
- Term of your first contract: 5–6 months (can also be arranged on an individual basis)
Your Course & Your Talents
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- Professional training in the upscale hospitality industry and work experience at the front desk are required
- You’re passionate about hospitality and have excellent manners.
- You’re not satisfied until your guests have had an all-around wonderful vacation.
- A neat and pleasant appearance
- Very good computer skills
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
