Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting the cabins and suites, as well as ensuring the overall cleanliness of the public guest and crew areas.
- You’ll be the primary point of contact for your housekeeping team regarding all matters.
- You’ll coordinate and organize the fulfillment of guests’ special requests and record them in their guest profiles.
- You’ll assist the Housekeeping Manager with scheduling and other administrative tasks and serve as their deputy.
- Your responsibilities also include ordering cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment through the ship’s inventory management system.
- Contract duration for your first contract: 4–6 months (subject to individual agreement)
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training in the hospitality industry and several years of professional experience in housekeeping; initial leadership experience is desirable
- A leader with the ability to guide and motivate a team both professionally and in terms of discipline
- Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and administrative abilities will enrich the team on board.
- You are passionate about hospitality and have excellent manners.
- A well-groomed and pleasant appearance, as well as polite manners
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Very good German and good English skills
