That’s why we’re looking for a Chef de Rang who can interact with our guests in a warm and courteous manner and provide them with professional advice on selecting dishes and wines. Your Responsibilities
As the restaurant manager’s right-hand person, you’ll support him in all matters
The service team also relies on your support
You’ll welcome and attend to our guests
You’ll advise them on their food choices and ensure orders are taken correctly
Serving food, beverages, and wine is part of your responsibilities
During mise en place, you ensure structured work organization, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards
You can expect a variety of events both on-site and off-site
Your Qualifications
Your well-groomed appearance, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for interacting with our guests set you apart
You are a service-oriented professional with a hands-on approach
Very good German language skills: Required for communication within the team and with guests. English language skills are a plus but not required; you can demonstrate your proficiency during the interview
Training in the hotel or restaurant industry is a plus but not a requirement
