Regional Manager (m/f/d) for the
Reutlingen/Tübingen/Sigmaringen area
We are seeking a Regional Manager (m/f/d) for Insiva GmbH, to start on August 1, 2026, or as agreed, as a dedicated full-time leader for the Reutlingen / Tübingen / Sigmaringen area.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Supporting the overall management
- Business development and new client management
- Further development of concepts and processes
- Implementing and refining existing branch structures
- Planning, overseeing, and executing project tasks
- Quality assurance and adherence to service standards, as well as support for branch managers
- Staff management and collaboration with people with disabilities
What you bring to the table:
- Completed vocational training in the food service industry, ideally with additional training in business administration
- Prior business experience
- Flexibility with regard to working hours and willingness to travel
- Strong communication skills when interacting with employees, guests, and business partners
- Experience in institutional food service
- Experience with the “Cook & Chill” method
- Organizational skills and a structured approach
- Willingness to take on responsibility, commitment, and a reliable and goal-oriented work style
- Openness to working with people with disabilities
