Your Responsibilities
Responsibility for ensuring professional service operations in your station and providing expert and charming advice to our guests as a talented salesperson
Excellent product knowledge of the food and beverage menu and the ability to present yourself as a friendly host
Close collaboration with other departments to ensure optimal and comprehensive guest service
Compliance with safety, environmental, and hygiene guidelines within your area of responsibility
Your Qualifications
Training in the hotel and restaurant industry and, ideally, some initial work experience
A strong focus on service and guest satisfaction
Very good German and English language skills
Strong sales and communication skills, initiative, good manners, and a well-groomed appearance
