Your Job
Here's what you can expect on your journey with us:
- Professional organization and facilitation of courses, workshops, events, and sauna infusions/sauna nights
- Comprehensive guest care, from a warm welcome to saying goodbye
- Primary point of contact at the fitness center for professional advice and guest inquiries
- Contract duration for your first assignment: either 4 or 6 months, with the possibility of subsequent contracts
- Your promotion will be based on your availability in conjunction with the on-board staffing schedule and is generally possible year-round.
Your Course & Your Talents
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
- Completed training or a degree in fitness, with professional experience as a class instructor
- At least a Group Fitness Trainer B license; Cycling and Jumping licenses required; additional licenses are desirable
- Additional certifications in cardio, power, strength training, fitness, and relaxation classes are preferred
- Good computer skills
- Very good German and English language skills
