As a Junior Recruiting Manager (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) at sea chefs, you can expect a varied role in recruiting—based in Central Switzerland, with opportunities all over the world!
- Recruiting staff for the SPA & Sports department
- Screening and processing incoming applications, including managing the entire communication process through to successful hiring
- Independently organizing and conducting preliminary interviews and online interviews
- Preparing, conducting, and following up on casting sessions
- Attending various trade shows and career fairs, including extensive travel
- Contributing new and creative ideas to attract future crew members
Your Course & Your Talents
What You Bring to the Table:
- A completed degree or certification in one of the following fields: fitness instruction/personal training, nutrition counseling, cosmetology, or physical therapy.
- Several years of professional experience in one of the fields listed above or in a comparable role.
- Experience working on board a cruise ship in the spa and fitness department is required
- Initial professional experience in human resources and/or active sourcing is desirable
- A confident, positive, and communicative team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Self-motivation, flexibility, resilience, a structured approach to work, and a high degree of empathy
- You are currently based in Switzerland, or you are willing to permanently relocate your primary residence to Switzerland (based in Zug)
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with computers (especially MS Office)
- Very good German language skills (C2 level) and very good English language skills are required
