Your responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation of high-quality, visually appealing meals in accordance with nutritional guidelines and HACCP regulations
Addressing residents’ requests, complaints, and suggestions and forwarding them to kitchen management
Handling food in accordance with food safety standards
Preparing and assisting with food preparation in compliance with HACCP regulations
Preparing meals with some degree of independence under supervision
Loading meal carts and disposing of leftover food
Performing cleaning, disinfection, and tidying tasks as part of the food hygiene program
Your Profile:
Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness
Basic knowledge of housekeeping
Professional experience as a kitchen assistant is preferred
Ability to work well with others and a meticulous, thorough, and reliable work ethic
Good manners
