Your Job
Here's what you can expect on your journey with us:
- Performing assigned duties in the service area under the direction of your supervisor
- Preparing and properly serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Serving beverages in restaurants and public areas
- Sales-oriented work in the service area
- Accurate entry of transactions into the POS system
- Maintaining cleanliness and handling all equipment and machinery in the work area with care
- Independent quality control and adherence to all relevant safety, environmental, and hygiene (HACCP) regulations in the service area
Your Course & Your Talents
Here's what you bring to the table:
- Qualified skills and experience in restaurants, the hotel industry, or on cruise ships
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant service (menus and beverages, especially wines)
- Proficiency in both English and German
- Reliable, efficient, and able to work under pressure
- Cost- and quality-conscious
- Pleasant, polite manners and a well-groomed and clean appearance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
