The Responsibilities
- Work in the Aramark-managed food service facilities at the BayArena
- Service and guest care
- Managing the stewarding team and providing thorough training to new employees
- Staff scheduling and training of employees in the stewarding department
- Ensuring proper inventory management
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations as well as internal standards
Your Profile
- Stewarding or cleaning experience in the food service and/or hospitality industry
- Some leadership experience
- Strong customer and guest focus
- A strong commitment to quality
- Creative and communicative host
- Very good German language skills
