Your Job
Here's what you can expect on your journey with us:
- In this role, you’ll serve as the liaison between the housekeeping staff and butlers, as well as the housekeeping management team, and you’ll be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of your assigned work area and the public hallways in the guest area.
- Your responsibilities include inspecting and approving cleaned suites, as well as supporting the teams mentioned above.
- You’ll serve as the point of contact for guests’ special requests, such as explaining how the suites work, accepting documents or laundry, and changing pillows.
- Term of your first contract: 4–6 months (negotiable based on individual circumstances)
- Your start date will be determined on an individual basis depending on your availability and the onboard staffing schedule, and is generally possible year-round.
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training in the hospitality industry or several years of professional experience in housekeeping
- You’re reliable and resilient, and you’re not satisfied until your guests have had a truly wonderful vacation.
- Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be a great asset to the onboard team.
- You’re passionate about hospitality and have excellent manners.
- A neat and pleasant appearance, as well as polite manners
- Very good German and good English skills
