Your Job
Here's what you can expect on your journey with us:
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for the daily cleaning of the suites and will serve as the first point of contact for guests in the suite area.
- Your duties will include serving drinks or meals in the suites and distributing guest linens.
- On changeover days, you’ll accompany your new guests to their respective suites and explain how everything works.
- Duration of your first contract: 5–6 months (to be determined on an individual basis)
- Your start date will be determined on an individual basis depending on your availability and the onboard staffing schedule, and is generally possible year-round.
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- A completed education in the hospitality industry is preferred and/or some initial work experience in housekeeping
- You’re reliable and can handle pressure, and you’re not satisfied until your guests have had a truly wonderful vacation.
- You have excellent manners and are passionate about hospitality.
- A neat and pleasant appearance, as well as polite manners
- Very good German and good English skills
