Your Job
Here's what you can expect on your trip with us:
- You’ll be assigned to one or more of the up to seven gourmet restaurants on board.
- Under the guidance of the sous chef, you’ll actively work in your assigned station.
- You’ll create culinary dishes and menus using high-quality, exclusive ingredients.
- Term of your first contract: 5–6 months (to be arranged individually)
- Your start date will be determined on an individual basis, depending on your availability and the onboard staffing schedule, and is generally possible year-round.
Your Course & Your Talents
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
- Completed training as a chef (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) in upscale dining
- Ideally, some initial professional experience in the restaurant industry
- You keep a clear head—even when things get hectic.
- A passion for creatively preparing culinary dishes
- Very good German and good English skills
