Your Job
The stage is yours! As part of the entertainment team, you’ll deliver top-notch entertainment and create unforgettable, spine-tingling moments:
- Responsibility for and development of all music-related activities on board
- Artistic supervision of all musicians on board (including bands, duos, DJs, musical entertainers, and string quartets), as well as coordinating collaborations with guest artists
; overseeing and guiding rehearsals - Concept development, coordination, and piano accompaniment for events and solo concerts, as well as bar piano
- Development of new concepts, programs, and collaborations
- Close collaboration with the entertainment management and supervisory team
Your Course & Your Talents
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
- Professional musical training
- Excellent musical knowledge (with a focus on pop, rock, musicals, etc.), extensive repertoire
- Experience as a band leader, preferably aboard a cruise ship
- Proficiency in piano playing (sight-reading and lead sheets with chords)
- Experience as a vocal coach and in accompanying singers
- Good command of English; knowledge of German preferred
- Strong service orientation and customer focus
