Your Job
Here's what to expect on your trip with us:
- Responsible for conducting informational discussions with guests on board regarding food intolerances and allergens
- Preparing personalized menus and meal recommendations for guests based on these consultations
- Providing ongoing support and advice to guests throughout the trip, including explaining and clarifying allergen labeling
- Actively participating in and assisting with the preparation of dietary and allergen-free meals
- Contract duration: 12 months, alternating between periods of service on board and time off at defined intervals.
Your Course & Your Talents
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a dietitian with an internationally recognized certificate
- Several years of professional experience in the field of dietetics is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of dietetics, nutritional counseling, and related cooking and kitchen techniques
- Enjoyment of advising guests
- Fluency in German and good command of English
