Here's what you can expect:
You will be responsible for the housekeeping operations at our Multi-Generation Campus and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
You will plan, organize, and coordinate the various areas of housekeeping—from the kitchen and cleaning to laundry services, purchasing, and inventory management. In doing so, you’ll keep a close eye on costs while managing the budget for supplies and personnel.
You’ll be responsible for our dining hall as well as the café and will coordinate the associated processes and offerings.
You’ll plan and organize catering and food service for events and, together with your team, ensure professional execution.
You coordinate the housekeeping services for our residents.
You handle staff scheduling and team coordination, and ensure clear and reliable workflows.
Together with the on-site management team, you will further develop the housekeeping structures and services at our Multi-Generational Campus.
You bring the following:
Qualification as a Housekeeping Manager, State-Certified Technician in Housekeeping and Nutrition, Master of Housekeeping, or Business Administrator in Supply and Nutrition Management
You have professional experience in housekeeping and are willing to take on responsibility in a diverse leadership role
You communicate confidently and respectfully with residents, family members, employees, external clients, service providers, and suppliers
You are highly organized and value administrative work just as much as personal interaction with people
For special events, you are willing to work occasionally in the evenings or on weekends, as agreed upon
You enjoy leading and motivating employees and foster good teamwork
