Responsibility for the professional management of the assigned bar, as well as for the training and professional development of the bar team
Ensuring smooth operations in the work area and the flawless preparation of all beverages in accordance with recipes and standards
Overseeing the ordering of bar equipment and supplies while taking business considerations into account
Monitoring sales trends and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
Your progress so far
Training in the hotel and restaurant industry, as well as verifiable professional experience and some leadership experience
Preferably an IHK Bartender Diploma or an IHK Master Bartender Certificate
Proficiency in spoken and written German and English (at least B2 level according to the CEFR) and advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365
Strong customer service and sales orientation, confidence, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
