Your Job
In your role on board, you’re a natural at coordination—nothing gets done without you! You play a key role in the ship’s operations and set the course for your team.
- Support in the further development of the onboard hygiene management system
- Participation in quality management and quality assurance for all global standards
- Focus on USPH & HACCP
- Working independently with all departments and the Nautical Department
- Point of contact for food safety and regulatory issues
- Conducting hygiene and on-the-job training in all departments
- Preparation of a daily hygiene report in accordance with USPH
- Contract duration: 4–5 months; follow-up contracts possible
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Completed vocational training as a hygiene inspector or a similar qualification
- Relevant professional experience and leadership experience
- Very good English skills (spoken and written); knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
- Knowledge of USPH and HACCP
- A motivated and communicative personality
- Ability to work well in a team, resilience, reliability, and a hands-on approach
- Structured, independent, and organized work style
- Proficiency with MS Office
