As the largest provider of long-term care in Munich, we employ approximately 2,300 people throughout the city. While many employers claim to champion appreciation, trust, and equality, we take a different approach: We live by these values—and hopefully soon, together with YOU!
To meet the specific needs of our residents, their diets are tailored to their individual requirements. When selecting meals, we prioritize the residents’ preferences and lifestyle habits. We prioritize digestibility, variety, and the quality of the food, and we primarily use products from organic farming or organic livestock raising. It’s important to us to offer a varied menu to bring joy and pleasure to our residents. Theme weeks or special occasions help make meals more diverse.
