The Josephinum Munich is a modern hospital with 70 beds. We treat approximately 4,400 patients per year in the departments of surgery, ENT, orthopedics, and internal medicine.
Your responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking, and serving meals for our patients
Supervising meal service
Assisting the dietitian
Ordering supplies—receiving and inspecting deliveries, and ensuring proper storage of food
Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
Supporting the team
Training and supervising support staff
Your Qualifications:
You have completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
You are known for your professional expertise and interpersonal skills
Extensive knowledge of food and hygiene regulations
An independent and meticulous work style
Enjoy working with people
Flexibility and reliability
Ability to collaborate effectively with all professional groups
Ability to work well in a team
Proficiency in German
Strong professional competence and a strong sense of responsibility
