Your responsibilities:
Conducting educational group and individual programs in accordance with the program’s mission statement
Implementing the requirements of our business partners and clients in this area of operation
Collaborating with the social support network (legal guardians, parents, residential facilities) in cooperation with the facility management and the support services
Developing and updating individual support plans
Assisting in the preparation of progress reports
Actively participating in the further development of the existing quality management system
Providing nursing assistance as needed, supervision, reporting, organizing outings, project weeks, conflict management, etc.
Flexibility, willingness to work as part of a team, to engage in continuing education, and to reflect on one’s own work
Participation in team meetings
Maintaining contact with parents, guardians, and other significant others of the individuals in rehabilitation
What you'll bring to the table:
Completed vocational training (experience in the food service industry is a plus)
Teaching aptitude (additional training in special education, certification as a specialist in work and vocational support, or comparable training)
Manual dexterity
Solid computer and software skills (Excel, Word, ERP systems)
Ability to teach skills and techniques for completing commissioned work
Experience working with people with disabilities

Fixed working hours (no weekends) with a workweek of 19.25 hours (based on a full-time workweek of 38.5 hours)
