- Fresh preparation of regional and seasonal dishes and their appealing presentation
- Friendly interaction with guests and customers
- Assistance with weekly menu planning
- Planning and executing special events
- Conducting inventory checks and placing reorder requests
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations as well as internal standards
- Part-time shifts: Mon–Thu 8 a.m.–2 p.m. / 5 p.m.–9 p.m. and Fri 7 a.m.–2 p.m.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE JOB
- Completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in the food service industry, e.g., as a chef de partie (m/f/d), garde manager (m/f/d), or pastry chef (m/f/d)
- Experience in inventory management
- Good knowledge of hygiene and quality standards, particularly HACCP guidelines
- Confidence in plating menus and buffets, as well as experience in designing meal plans
- Independent, organized, and meticulous work style
- A commitment to quality, team spirit, and a strong focus on customers and guests
