This position is subject to the collective bargaining agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, plus all overtime, premiums, and statutory social benefits. Salaries above the collective bargaining agreement are possible depending on your qualifications.
We are expanding our team with a DEPUTY HEAD WAITER (m/f/d) for our exclusive 5-star superior hotel starting November 27, 2026.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the restaurant management team
- Helping to lead and develop a team of approximately 40 employees
- Independently managing individual shifts
- Assisting with and supporting front-of-house operations
- Conducting internal training sessions
- Maintaining close communication and coordination with other departments in the hotel
- Business-minded thinking and action
Your Profile
- Several years of experience as a Chef de Rang in this hotel category
- Hospitality skills and a knack for service excellence, coupled with in-depth knowledge of wine
- Enjoy working with people & a passion for the profession
- Professional demeanor & ability to handle pressure
- Organizational skills and a motivational approach to working with colleagues
- Well-groomed appearance
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
