For our KIRINUS Alpenpark Clinic on Lake Tegernsee, we are currently seeking a full-time Cook / Chef de Partie (m/f/d)—preferably with additional certification as a dietary chef.
Your Responsibilities
High-end cooking with a high degree of in-house production
You prepare healthy meals with sophistication and creativity
Presentation and service of dishes in a professional manner
Once a week, you’ll help out with our gourmet evening
Collaborating on the development of menu plans and the creation of new dishes
Quality control as well as receiving and shipping goods
Enforcement of hygiene standards
Your Profile
You are a dedicated, creative chef (m/f/d) who has completed vocational training and/or has some initial professional experience in the restaurant industry
Ideally, you have completed additional training as a dietary chef (m/f/d)
You are interested in this profession and in opportunities for further training
You understand the value of a high level of in-house production and demonstrate a strong commitment to your work
You are a true team player
