The Evangelical Conference Center in Bad Boll is part of the network of Evangelical Conference Centers in Württemberg and, with approximately 650 events per year, is one of the largest conference centers in Württemberg. Our modern conference center is nestled in a spacious park with mature trees at the western entrance to Bad Boll. We are a team of 60 employees who together warmly welcome 22,000 guests a year and provide them with a “temporary home.” In addition to the 150 conferences hosted by the Evangelical Academy of Bad Boll, families celebrate here, and companies and institutions hold meetings, celebrations, and conferences.
What You Are Called to Do
Preparing quotes for requested events after checking availability, including reserving meeting rooms, drafting contracts, and processing change requests
Acting as a liaison between guests, speakers, and the conference center’s operational departments (communicating requests and complaints as well as changes to services, providing organizational support throughout the event, and arranging room reservations)
What You Need to Bring to the Table
Training in the hospitality or food service industry
A structured and responsible work ethic, as well as a friendly demeanor when interacting with our guests
Ideally, good knowledge of MS Office and experience using industry-specific software
Relevant professional experience in similar fields is desirable
Willingness to work shifts and on weekends is a given
