we are seeking, on behalf of our client, an ambitious
F&B Manager
(we’d also welcome candidates from the second tier)
to act as the owner’s representative
who approaches things creatively and with a modern perspective
You are characterized by
- enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the profession, with a focus on hotel and front desk operations as well as good kitchen skills
- a clear entrepreneurial approach and budget discipline
- hospitality skills and an openness to modern management practices, including knowledge of new media and standard hotel software.
A friendly demeanor, dedication, and professional qualifications are among your strengths. You take on responsibility and make decisions independently and responsibly.
Even in critical situations, you keep a cool head and are interested in team-oriented collaboration.
