Your Job
Here's what you can expect on your trip with us:
Starting in April 2027 for the Pentecost and summer breaks
- Together with your team, you’ll supervise the children and teens on board and lead age-appropriate programs.
- You’ll ensure the safety of the kids and teens and make sure to fulfill your duty of care during supervision and program times.
- You’ll ensure that the available materials are handled with care and that the facilities are well-maintained.
- You’ll maintain regular communication with parents and coordinate with them on important matters.
- Contract duration for your first assignment: at least 4 weeks; subsequent contracts are possible.
- Your assignments will be based on your availability and the on-board schedule. You can generally start an assignment at any time of the year and on any day of the month.
Your Course & Your Talents
Here's what you bring to the table:
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in the social or educational field (e.g., early childhood education, teaching, social work, or education).
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in caring for and educating children and adolescents.
- You enjoy caring for and supporting children and adolescents and inspiring them to participate in group activities.
- You stand out for your reliability, empathy, and sense of responsibility.
- You’re a true team player, work independently, and have strong organizational skills.
- You have very good German skills and good English skills.
