Your tasks

  • In this position, you will work in a team with our Director of Sales & Marketing and Convention Sales
  • You will look after existing customers, conduct visits, house tours and contract negotiations
  • You acquire new customers & guests, primarily in the MICE sector
  • You process RFPs and draw up framework agreements
  • You represent the ATLANTIC Essen at trade fairs, events, etc.
  • You develop creative measures & sales strategies

Your qualifications

  • You have completed training in the hotel industry
  • You have experience in proactive sales
  • You enjoy dealing with people and have a positive demeanor
  • You like to work independently and enjoy taking responsibility
  • You have a driver’s license
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
