Assistant Bar Manager (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Training in the hotel and catering sector as well as demonstrable professional experience and initial management experience
- Preferably an IHK bartender diploma or an IHK bartender certificate
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident handling of MS Office
- High service and sales orientation, confidence, strong communication skills, sense of responsibility
Your destination
- Responsibility for the professional management of the assigned bar as well as for the training and development of the bar team
- Ensuring the smooth running of the work area and the flawless preparation of all drinks in accordance with recipes and standards
- Controlling the ordering of bar equipment and consumables, taking into account business management aspects
- Monitoring sales development and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
