Your Responsibilities
You are (jointly) responsible for coordinating and organizing all kitchen operations, including the associated business metrics
You will support your kitchen management team in professionally leading your team, conducting motivational and appreciative conversations with employees, and handling tasks such as staff planning, scheduling, and development
Ensuring compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations is also part of your responsibilities, as is inventory management
You’ll work closely with your kitchen management team and your operations management and maintain constant communication
