Your Responsibilities
* Safety: You ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards in
housekeeping.
* Clarity: You take responsibility for personnel and
cost management for the entire housekeeping department.
* Responsibility: You will serve as the stand-in for the housekeeping
manager in their absence.
* Team spirit: You are committed to leading, motivating, and
developing the team.
* Efficiency: You continuously monitor and optimize
work processes.
Your Qualifications
* Professional Qualifications: You have successfully
completed one of the following programs: Business Administration, Food and
Supply Management, Housekeeping Management, or Facility Management.
* Expertise: You have experience in the field of housekeeping.
* Personal Strengths: You find joy in your work and
stand out thanks to your strong organizational skills and
entrepreneurial mindset.
* Strong communication skills: With a good command of German, you ensure
empathetic and clear communication—writing, listening, and understanding
come naturally to you.
