As the largest provider of long-term care in Munich, we employ approximately 2,300 people throughout the city. While many employers claim to champion appreciation, trust, and equality, we take a different approach: We live by these values—and hopefully soon, together with YOU!
More joy in life for older adults! That’s what we’re committed to every day—throughout Munich. In our 9 nursing homes and 5 senior living facilities, as well as through our comprehensive in-home and semi-residential services, we provide expert and reliable care and support wherever it’s needed.
Around 3,000 seniors call us home—whether or not they require nursing care. Housekeeping plays a central role in this by ensuring cleanliness, order, and a pleasant living environment. It is important to us that our residents live in a well-maintained and hygienic environment and that everyone feels at home with us. We know what we’re doing and support our colleagues so they can stay focused on what matters most: our residents.
