Your tasks:

Planning, organization and management of sales activities and sales promotion measures, in particular for the Leisure Groups segment
Close and trusting cooperation under the direction of the Director of Sales with the employees at the head office and the hotels
Representing the Director of Sales in his absence
Coordination and organization of the team's daily activities
Presenting the company at industry-relevant trade fairs, events and customer meetings
Participation in the development of sales strategies
Participating in the creation of the sales and marketing plan
Conducting sales talks and price negotiations
Customer care and customer retention

Your profile:

Experience in a similar position in the hotel industry
Experience in working with coach tour operators
Very good knowledge of German
Sales and turnover-oriented thinking
Structured and organized way of working
Commitment and high self-motivation
Well-groomed appearance and exemplary manners
Class B driver's license
