This position is subject to the collective bargaining agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, plus all overtime, bonuses, and statutory social benefits. Salaries above the collective bargaining agreement are possible depending on your qualifications.

Your Responsibilities
- You know how to provide our guests with friendly, professional, and personalized service
- You’ll be the main point of contact for our guests, and you and your team will ensure that all guest requests are met
- Actively help shape the unique STOCK experience
- Support the Front Office Manager and take over their responsibilities in their absence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the front office team of approximately 10 employees
- Coordinating daily tasks in the front office and ensuring compliance with established quality standards
Your Profile
- An open and warm personality with a positive demeanor and confident presence
- Professional experience in this role and this hotel category
- A good team player with leadership qualities, the ability to lead by example, and assertiveness
- Business acumen, organizational skills, and a passion for putting them into practice
- Very good German and English skills; Italian and/or French are a plus
- Good computer skills (MS Office and, preferably, Protel)
- Hospitality skills at the 5-star superior level
- Decisiveness and assertiveness
