Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- Responsible for inspecting the cabins and suites, as well as ensuring the overall cleanliness of public guest and crew areas, and serving as the Assistant Executive Housekeeper’s substitute
- The point of contact for guests regarding housekeeping issues or complaints
- Together with the Executive Assistant Housekeeper, serve as the primary point of contact for the housekeeping team regarding team leadership, orientation, and training
- Assistance with creating duty rosters and other administrative tasks
- Contract duration for your first assignment: 5–6 months; subsequent contracts are possible
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training in the hospitality industry and several years of professional experience in housekeeping; initial leadership experience is desirable
- A natural leader with the ability to guide and motivate a team both professionally and in terms of discipline
- Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be a valuable asset to the onboard team.
- You are passionate about hospitality and have excellent manners.
- A well-groomed and pleasant appearance, as well as polite manners
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Very good German and good English skills
