Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the entire business, both in the dining area and in the back office.
You will be responsible for personnel management and leadership, as well as the professional development of your employees, in close coordination with your management team.
Conducting professional and respectful conversations with your employees is one of your most important responsibilities.
You share responsibility for all key business metrics and for meeting budget targets.
You will communicate professionally with our guests, employees, and supervisors from all departments of our company, as well as with external partners

Your Qualifications

Professional experience in a comparable role with relevant experience in managing staff
A hospitable personality with all that entails: a basic understanding of the restaurant industry, a communicative and personable manner, flexible organizational skills, a passion for working independently, and the motivation to roll up your sleeves and get to work
Entrepreneurial mindset and the talent to lead employees effectively: a good understanding of business and organizational matters, along with a willingness to take on responsibility
Strong time management skills and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) round out your professional profile
