Your Job
Here's what you can expect on your journey with us:
- Serve beverages to guests in all assigned areas in a courteous, polite, and safe manner
- Perform other service duties as assigned, such as coffee service, light lunch buffets, and any food-related tasks in the dining room or elsewhere, etc.
- Work in accordance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards as directed by the company and governed by applicable regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, ISM, ISO, etc.)
- Work as part of a team and assist in any area as needed
- Protect and safeguard company property
Your Course & Your Talents
Here's what you bring to the table:
- Documented relevant experience in a hotel, beverage, or restaurant setting
- A comprehensive understanding of hotel, restaurant, or bar services
- Knowledge of and adherence to HACCP and other relevant safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations
- Good knowledge of major international beverages (including wines)
- Fluent in English and/or German, depending on the ship
- Friendly, polite, positive attitude, and team spirit
