Your AIDA Job Talk—The Live Session
Professional management of multiple bar outlets, as well as the training and professional development of the bar teams
Ensuring smooth operations in the work area, including related administrative tasks
Overseeing the ordering of bar equipment and supplies while taking business considerations into account
Monitoring sales trends and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
Your progress so far
Training in the hotel and restaurant industry, as well as verifiable professional and leadership experience in an international setting
Preferably an IHK Bartender Diploma or an IHK Master Bartender Certificate
Proficiency in spoken and written German and English (at least B2 level according to the CEFR) and advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365
Strong service and sales orientation, confidence, excellent communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a positive demeanor
