Bar Manager (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Training in the hotel and catering sector as well as demonstrable professional and management experience in an international environment
- Preferably an IHK bartender diploma or an IHK bartender certificate
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident handling of MS Office 365
- High service and sales orientation, confidence, strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, positive charisma
Your destination
- Professional management of several bar outlets as well as training and further development of the bar teams
- Ensuring the smooth running of the work area, including the associated administrative tasks
- Controlling the ordering of bar equipment and consumables, taking into account business management aspects
- Monitoring sales development and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
