Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- Performing the duties assigned by your supervisor in the bars and public areas
- Serving beverages and preparing “world-famous” cocktails
- Maintaining stock levels and managing inventory in collaboration with the maître d’
- Internal beverage requests
- Sales-oriented work and accurate entry of transactions into the POS system
- Conducting quality control
- Ensuring the cleanliness and proper handling of all equipment in the work area in accordance with all relevant safety, environmental, and hygiene (HACCP) regulations
- Assisting wherever help or preparations are needed (bars/service)
Your Course & Your Talents
Here’s what you bring to the table:
- Proven training skills and experience in restaurants, hotels, or bars
- Work experience as a bartender
- Specialized knowledge in the field of restaurant and bar service
- Proficiency in both English and German
- Reliable, efficient, and creative
- Cost- and quality-conscious
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Pleasant, polite manners and a well-groomed and clean appearance
