Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your trip with us:
- Independent research, exploration, planning (with the help of GPS software), organization, and execution of “active” bike tours (including content relevant to tourism), taking into account the guests’ fitness levels
- Providing independent advice and selling these tours on board
- Regular maintenance and cleaning of the bicycles to ensure they function properly at all times
- Coordination and sole responsibility for all bicycles on board, plus spare parts and accessories (helmets, backpacks, etc.)
- Preparing tour reports and backing up data (GPS tracks)
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all regulations, particularly those related to safety, environmental protection, and hygiene
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Completed vocational training in sports or sports science, or in a medical profession
- Experience leading bike tours, ideally also aboard cruise ships
- International experience or extensive knowledge of travel destinations
- Very good German and English skills (spoken and written); knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
- Experience leading groups
- Manual dexterity and technical knowledge regarding bicycle maintenance
- Certified first aid training
