Business Analyst / Application Owner (m/f/d) Maritime Solutions Energy Optimization

Your previous course

  • University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • In-depth experience as a business analyst, ideally in IT, application management or a similar role
  • Sophisticated understanding of application development, deployment, integration and maintenance processes
  • Knowledge in the management of AWS cloud infrastructure services and automated software development mechanisms, as well as initial experience in project management
  • Very good knowledge of English and German and confident in using MS Office 365
  • Economic thinking and acting, hands-on mentality, teamwork and communication skills

Your destination

  • Responsibility for the Energy Optimization application area as part of our Maritime Solutions with all tasks that ensure stable, safe and efficient operation and further development
  • Collaborating closely within the international team and with all stakeholders involved in application management
  • Determining measures for the application roadmap, which contribute to the implementation of the IT strategy
  • Maintaining the operating platform (AWS) and tools for smooth application development, automated testing and deployment for robust, high-performance and secure production operations
  • Coordinating and monitoring SLA’s and cost allocations with other Carnival brands
  • Ensure compliance with current governance processes and policies
  • Budget planning and monitoring and participation in divisional projects
  • Responsibility for comprehensive documentation and analysis of potential technology trends and preparation for implementation
