Casino employee (m/f/d) on board the AIDA ships
Your previous course
- Training in the service sector and ideally professional experience
- Knowledge of the casino industry is an advantage
- Enjoyment and fun in dealing with customers
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Well-groomed appearance, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, service orientation and ability to work in a team
Your destination
- Competent and proactive contact person for our casino guests
- Assistance at the slot machines and explanation of electronic casino games such as blackjack, roulette and bingo
- Inspiring our guests for the promotions and offers in the casino
- Working closely with the manager in relation to all operational processes
