We need your support with...
- Leading and developing the reservations team
- Planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and optimize booking occupancy
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as Front Office, Sales and Marketing to drive cross-selling initiatives.</li
- Monitoring and analyzing booking trends and market developments to adjust pricing strategy.</li
- Ensuring excellent customer service and handling special guest requests.
- Regular training and assessment of the team to ensure service quality.</li

- Experience in the hotel industry, preferably in the reservation or front office area
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong analytical skills and experience in working with booking systems.
- Excellent communication skills and service orientation.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
