You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Leading the entire kitchen team including the trainees
- You will be responsible for purchasing goods and cost control
- Developing the menu requires your creativity
- You lend a hand and are not afraid to get involved in day-to-day business
- You regularly check the HACCP concept
- Good duty roster and vacation planning promotes a happy team
- You manage the perfect balancing act between "stove & office chair"
