Your tasks:
- Participate in food concepts: Play an active role in the development of new dining concepts and contribute your own ideas
- Event coordination: Assume joint responsibility for the smooth running of events
- Food preparation: Prepare food professionally for à la carte and events
- Quality & hygiene standards: Ensure consistently high food quality and compliance with all hygiene regulations
- Merchandise management: Take joint responsibility for ordering and purchasing food
- Warehousing: Ensure that food is stored professionally and correctly
- Process coordination: Coordinate work processes and delegate tasks efficiently to the team in the assigned area
Your profile:
- Training & experience: You have completed training as a chef (m/f/d) and ideally have professional experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
- Gourmet expertise: You have experience in gourmet cuisine and enjoy creating new things
- Passion for cooking: Cooking is not just a profession for you, but your great passion
- Working style: You work independently, carefully and conscientiously
- Appearance: A confident, friendly and respectful demeanor towards guests and colleagues is a matter of course for you
- Organization & resilience: You have a high sense of responsibility, very good organizational skills and remain confident even in stressful situations
- Creativity: You are creative and like to contribute your own innovative ideas
