Chief Operating Officer QSR (COO) (m/f/d)

• Our client is a medium-sized company in the QSR sector that operates an international/national network of franchise stores
• The company is very successful and generates revenues in the 3-digit million € range; after a successful consolidation, the company is about to enter the next strong growth phase
• The business model focuses on a high-performance delivery service; in addition, in-house and to-go consumption are also offered
• As the market leader in its segment, our client enjoys a strong reputation and stands for quality and innovation
• As part of a planned succession plan, we are now looking for a new COO (m/f/d) for the owner-managed company, who will report directly to the founders and CEOs

• Management of the entire company in close cooperation with the founders
• Management of all day-to-day operations, both in the area of operations and supply chain as well as in other commercial functions
• Systematic & results-oriented management of the franchise partners and target-oriented further development of the partners
• Motivating management of the second management level and downstream of all employees in the company as well as promotion of top performers
• Ambitious realization of the next growth phase through expansion in existing and new areas
• Continuous further development of brand, products & operational processes
• Reporting line directly to the owners

• Assumption of a C-level role in a medium-sized system catering company
• Entry into an established company with a high reputation

• Several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in system catering/quick service restaurant (QSR)
• Proven success in expansion and development/scaling of franchise systems is an advantage
• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial personality with strong communication skills and hands on mentality
• Strategic thinker and at the same time operational doer
• Several years of leadership experience internally & externally (franchisees); at least at director level
• Degree or comparable qualification
• Business fluent in English
